When you listen to my music, I don’t want you to hold it in - I want you to sing it out.

Hey, It’s Anhilde.

I grew up in Lithuania, surrounded by sounds, emotions and stories I didn’t always know how to explain in words.

Singing became that language for me. It was never just about performing - it was about feeling something deeply and letting it exist outside of me.

Over time, that feeling turned into creation. Writing songs, exploring sounds, experimenting, failing, trying again. I’m still in that process. Still learning, still searching, still growing.

Lately, I’ve been drawn to mixing emotion with something more futuristic - sounds, visuals, ideas that feel a little ahead of now. Technology, digital worlds, things that don’t always feel human at first… but somehow still carry real emotion inside them. That contrast inspires me.

I’m drawn to honesty - in music, in people, in life. That’s what I want to share through what I do. Not perfection, but truth. The kind of moments that feel small, but stay with you.

Why "Anhilde"?

“Anhilde” is a name built from different parts of my identity.

“An” comes from my first name, Anna, while “Hilde” was inspired by Hildegard of Bingen, whose spirituality, creativity and multidimensional nature deeply resonate with me. Her ability to move between different forms of expression reflects the way I approach both life and art.

Growing up in a multicultural environment shaped the way I create, think and feel. It made me realize that identity doesn’t have to exist in only one form, and neither does music.

That’s why I combine pop and jazz, allowing every project to become its own universe. I’m always exploring new sounds and ideas, because I never want to limit myself to only one direction.

The unfamiliar inspires me the most. There is always something new waiting to be discovered. Who knows what will appear next?
